By initializing a session on the Sentinel-X C2 Platform, you (the "Operator") agree to adhere to the following rules of engagement.

1. Authorized Infrastructure Only

The Sentinel-X Agentic Core is a powerful reconnaissance tool. You are strictly forbidden from executing scans (`/api/scan`) against target networks, IP addresses, or domains for which you do not possess explicit, written authorization. This tool is designed for internal DevSecOps hardening, not malicious deployment.

2. Liability Waiver

Sentinel-X Systems, including its lead architects and engineers, holds zero liability for network degradation, data loss, or system instability caused by the execution of heuristic payloads. The Operator assumes all risks associated with live vulnerability scanning.

3. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, throttle, or terminate API access to the CypherVault Copilot at any time without prior notice to preserve overall infrastructure stability.
